SoloInc 是一款面向独立创业者、自由职业者、独立开发者、内容创作者和一人公司经营者的项目、任务与财务管理工具。我们重视你的隐私，并尽量减少不必要的数据收集。
1. 我们处理的数据
你在 SoloInc 中可能主动创建、保存或管理以下内容：
- 项目名称、项目描述、项目目标、项目周期、项目状态和项目进度
- 任务名称、任务时间、优先级、完成状态和关联项目
- 收入、支出、金额、日期、备注和关联项目
- 复盘内容、灵感记录、快速记录和其他由你主动输入的内容
- App 设置，例如语言、外观、通知设置、会员状态和同步设置
这些数据用于在 App 内提供项目管理、任务管理、财务记录、经营概览、经营分析和复盘报告等功能。
2. 数据存储
SoloInc 的核心数据默认存储在你的设备本地。
如果你开启 iCloud 同步，相关数据可能会通过 Apple iCloud 在你的设备之间同步。iCloud 服务由 Apple 提供，并受 Apple 的相关条款和隐私政策约束。
除非你主动使用反馈或联系功能，我们不会主动收集你的项目、任务、财务记录或复盘内容到我们自己的服务器。
3. Sign in with Apple
SoloInc 仅支持 Sign in with Apple 登录。登录时，Apple 可能会向 App 提供你的 Apple 用户标识，以及你选择共享的邮箱信息。
我们仅将这些信息用于账号识别、登录状态管理和必要的账户功能。
4. 订阅与购买
SoloInc 提供月度会员、年度会员和终身会员。购买和订阅流程由 Apple App Store 处理。我们不会收集或存储你的完整支付卡信息。
App 可能会读取你的订阅状态，以判断你是否可以使用会员功能，例如无限项目、无限财务记录、完整财务统计、完整经营分析、高级项目进度追踪和复盘报告。
5. 通知提醒
如果你允许通知权限，SoloInc 可能会向你发送任务提醒、截止提醒或项目相关提醒。你可以随时在系统设置或 App 内关闭通知。
6. 用户反馈
如果你通过邮件或反馈入口联系我们，你提供的邮箱地址、反馈内容和相关信息将用于回复你的问题、处理反馈和改进产品。
7. 第三方共享
我们不会出售你的个人数据。
除 Apple 提供的登录、订阅、iCloud 和系统服务外，我们不会主动与第三方共享你的个人内容，除非法律要求或为保障服务安全所必需。
8. 数据删除
你可以在 App 内删除项目、任务、财务记录、复盘内容和灵感记录。你也可以卸载 App 删除本地数据。
如果你开启了 iCloud 同步，相关数据可能仍存在于你的 iCloud 账户中，你可以在系统 iCloud 设置中管理或删除相关数据。
9. 儿童隐私
SoloInc 不面向儿童设计。我们不会有意收集儿童的个人信息。

SoloInc is a project, task, and finance management app designed for solo founders, freelancers, indie developers, creators, and one-person business operators. We value your privacy and aim to minimize unnecessary data collection.
1. Data We Process
You may create, save, or manage the following content in SoloInc:
- Project names, descriptions, goals, timelines, status, and progress
- Task names, time ranges, priorities, completion status, and linked projects
- Income, expenses, amounts, dates, notes, and linked projects
- Review content, quick capture records, ideas, and other content you enter
- App settings such as language, appearance, notification settings, membership status, and sync settings
This data is used to provide project management, task management, finance tracking, business overview, business analytics, and review report features inside the app.
2. Data Storage
Core SoloInc data is stored locally on your device by default.
If you enable iCloud Sync, relevant data may be synced across your devices through Apple iCloud. iCloud is provided by Apple and is subject to Apple’s own terms and privacy policy.
Unless you actively contact us through feedback or support, we do not actively collect your project, task, finance, or review content on our own servers.
3. Sign in with Apple
SoloInc only supports Sign in with Apple. During login, Apple may provide the app with your Apple user identifier and the email address you choose to share.
We use this information only for account identification, login status management, and necessary account features.
4. Subscriptions and Purchases
SoloInc offers Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime plans. Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple App Store. We do not collect or store your full payment card information.
The app may read your subscription status to determine whether you can access membership features such as unlimited projects, unlimited finance records, full finance analytics, full business analytics, advanced project progress tracking, and review reports.
5. Notifications
If you grant notification permission, SoloInc may send task reminders, deadline reminders, or project-related reminders. You can turn off notifications at any time in system settings or inside the app.
6. User Feedback
If you contact us by email or through the feedback entry, your email address, feedback content, and related information will be used to respond to your request, handle feedback, and improve the product.
7. Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell your personal data.
Except for Apple services such as login, subscriptions, iCloud, and system services, we do not actively share your personal content with third parties unless required by law or necessary to protect service security.
8. Data Deletion
You can delete projects, tasks, finance records, review content, and quick capture records inside the app. You can also uninstall the app to delete local data.
If iCloud Sync is enabled, related data may still exist in your iCloud account. You can manage or delete such data in your system iCloud settings.
9. Children’s Privacy
SoloInc is not designed for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
